Within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of:

- €4.99 from 2 kg
Shipping is free for orders over €30.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery within Germany usually takes 3-4 working days. In exceptional cases it may take a little longer. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation and we will inform you about the status of your order.

How and when can I return an item?
If a tea that you have ordered in the Viet-Tee.de online shop does not meet your requirements, we offer you a 30-day return guarantee. You can return the tea to us free of charge within 30 days without giving a reason. Please note the following conditions:
Use the return label that came with your shipment or request a new return label from us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have been sent freight collect.
Please ensure that the tees are unused and returned in their original packaging.
Are there any costs for a return/return?
